Eerste Nederlandse team in The Ocean Race
Ocean Race breaking news! Chris Nicholson en Nathalie Queré van W Ocean Racing, vertellen over het team dat onder de Nederlandse vlag aan de Ocean Race zal deelnemen. Zij zijn ondanks de onzekere coronatijd druk bezig met sponsoring, crew selectie en de mogelijke optie van een IMOCA 60 in de volgende race. Daarnaast hebben Steffie Plomp en Klaas Wiersma ook nieuws over de Hiswa te water, ORC worlds en petitie Nederlandse vloot. En we hebben ook een leuk surf item van Anneloes Lammerts. Enjoy!

Despite the uncertain times and Corona crisis we currently live in, the first Dutch entry for The Ocean Race is a fact! W Ocean Racing announced their participation and start of their campaign on the Dutch sailing platform Zeilhelden (Sailing Heroes). Both Managing Directors Nathalie Queré and Chris Nicholson talked with the hosts of Zeilhelden Update, Steffie Plomp and Klaas Wiersma, about the future of their project. Although, an uncertain and risky time for making plans, they are very busy with sponsoring, crew selection and the potential option of an IMOCA 60 in the next race.
