cathedrals of the sea
They doom up on the horizon and grow to unreal proportions. you can pass by, but never get close. their guards will chase you away. majestic they look down on passers.
Sometime you find them in desolated waters, more often they group together on fertile grounds. as though they rival who has more to show.
We worship the fluid they bring us.
But condem them if they spoil our beaches.
I call them Cathedrals of the Sea.
